Duties as a Vehicle Damage Assessor:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess repair needs
• Produce detailed repair estimates using industry-standard systems
• Identify appropriate repair methods in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Liaise with insurers to obtain repair authorisation
• Communicate repair plans effectively with technicians and workshop staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and job records throughout the repair process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
• ATA or IMI qualification is preferred
• Audatex experience is desirable
• Strong knowledge of bodyshop repair methods and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
