Senior Vehicle Damage Assessor needed for Prestige Vehicle Repairs

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a renowned prestige accident repair centre in Derby. • Basic salary up to -42,000, with an OTE exceeding -50,000 through team bonuses

Duties:

• Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed repair estimates
• Liaise effectively with insurers, customers, and internal workshop teams
• Manage repair processes from initial assessment through to completion
• Ensure all work is compliant with manufacturer and industry standards
• Identify additional repair opportunities and upsell where appropriate
• Maintain high levels of customer service and communication throughout the repair process

Requirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor position:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
• Strong knowledge of accident repair methods and processes
• Experience working with prestige or high-value vehicles (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• ATA accreditation is preferred, but not essential
