We are currently recruiting for the position of Vehicle Damage Assessor-on behalf of a reputable automotive business based in Redhill, Surrey. Duties of a-Vehicle Damage Assessor:

• Conduct vehicle estimates and VDA work in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Collaborate with the owner and a small team to ensure smooth workflow
• Upsell additional services and insurance products where appropriate
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Adapt and respond to various project or repair requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor-within the automotive sector
• Knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and estimating systems
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of a few years relevant experience in a similar role
