Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced VDAs with experience working in a similar role with recent or previous experience.Vehicle Damage Assessor duties:Recent experience as an Automotive Engineer Assessor, Independent Assessor or as a Bodyshop Vehicle Damage Assessor.ATA VDA Accreditation/IMI, IAEA, AQP qualifications are desirable.Knowledge and understanding of accident repair methods, vehicle valuations and accident damage estimating.Experience of using Audatex and Glassmatix systemsNumerate and PC Literate (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook etc)Strong interpersonal, organisational and negotiating skillsFlexible and able to manage multiple demands and changing prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a team; happy to assist others and to work towards team targetsExperience in an Accident Management Company with an understanding of fault and non-fault claims handling, including TPI Involvement and Credit Hire.Vehicle Damage Assessor benefits:Generous holiday allowance increasing with length of service.Birthday day off and half-day off for seasonal shopping.Holiday sell scheme.Contributory Pension ..... full job details .....
