You will work closely with customers, insurance assessors, and our skilled production teams to deliver outstanding repair solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesVehicle Inspection Accurately assess damaged vehicles, identifying all necessary repairs.Negotiation Liaise with engineers and assessors to agree on repair costs.Quality Control Conduct final Quality Control (QC) inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards.Repair Methodology Select appropriate repair methods tailored to customer needs and site resources.Customer Engagement Explain repair processes and discuss upselling opportunities where appropriate.Estimating and Costing Construct detailed vehicle damage assessments using platforms such as Audatex, GT Motive, etc.Profit Maximisation Optimise repair margins by ..... full job details .....
