We are seeking a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Controller to oversee the assessment, coordination, and cost-effective repair of vehicle damage across our fleet. This is a key role responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient repairs, while maintaining strong relationships with third-party repairers and keeping vehicles on the road with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Damage Assessment and Technical Evaluation Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine structural, mechanical, and cosmetic repair requirements in line with manufacturer and safety standards Identify appropriate repair methods using manufacturer repair data, guidelines, and workshop capabilities Evaluate whether repairs are safe, compliant, and cost-effective Review supplementary damage discovered during disassembly and update repair plans accordingly Repair Coordination and Liaison Liaise with third-party body repair facilities to coordinate repairs and timelines Manage communication between repairers, internal teams, and suppliers Monitor repair progress and ensure agreed turnaround times are met Support workflow management by coordinating parts ordering, job progression, and repair sequencing Cost Control ..... full job details .....
