Vehicle Damage Assessor

kolt recruitment are looking for a VDA for an accident repair centre in Southall This is a great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre. You will play a key role in assessing vehicle damage, producing accurate repair estimates, and liaising with insurers and customers to ensure a smooth repair process. Key responsibilities: Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry systems Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and customers Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and insurer standards Monitor repair progress and update stakeholders accordingly Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the process Requirements: Previous experience as a VDA / Estimator within an accident repair centre Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and industry standards Experience using estimating systems such as Audatex or similar Excellent communication and organisational skills ATA qualification (preferred but not essential) If you''re an experienced VDA looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced bodyshop environment, apply today to find out more.
