Vehicle Damage Assessor

kolt recruitment are looking for a VDA for an accident repair centre in Southall
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre. You will play a key role in assessing vehicle damage, producing accurate repair estimates, and liaising with insurers and customers to ensure a smooth repair process.
Key responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements-
• Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry systems-
• Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and customers-
• Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and insurer standards-
• Monitor repair progress and update stakeholders accordingly-
• Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the process-

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a VDA / Estimator within an accident repair centre-
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and industry standards-
• Experience using estimating systems such as Audatex or similar-
• Excellent communication and organisational skills-
• ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)-
