As a VDA, you will play a key role in accurately assessing damaged vehicles, producing repair estimates, and liaising with insurers and customers to ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Accurately assess vehicle damage and produce clear, detailed repair estimates. Use Audatex to compile repair costs. Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and customers regarding repair authorisation. Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and industry standards.
