Vehicle Claims Technician required in Thame, Oxfordshire. Up to 34,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm paid as overtime.Hybrid role with three days in the office and two days working from home. Our client, a leader in mechanical breakdown warranties, roadside assistance, and maintenance contracts for vehicles with over fourty years'' experience, operating in nine European markets, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Claims Technician to operate from their office in Thame. Working either for our client''s office in Thame or remotely from home, your responsibilities will include: Assess vehicle breakdown and warranty claims from our client''s customers and provide a professional decision based on your expert knowledge to reject or accept the claim.Build strong relationships with main dealers, workshops, and repairers.Customer-oriented and able to establish great relationships with corporate clients.Be able to use your own experience to make a professional decision alone.To be considered for this Vehicle Claims Technician role, you will ideally be qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair with over 5+ years of practical experience as a Vehicle Technician.
