Vehicle CCTV and Telematics Engineer (2 positions available) Location: Field-based across London and Bedford Are you an experienced vehicle CCTV or telematics engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and working independently in the field? We are looking for a skilled Vehicle CCTV and Telematics Engineer to join our field engineering team, supporting customer fleets across London and Bedford. This is a hands-on position for someone with solid experience installing, maintaining and fault-finding vehicle CCTV, dashcams, DVR/MDVR systems and telematics technology. You will take ownership of service visits and installations, ensuring systems work correctly and customer vehicles are returned to service with minimal downtime. The role You will work across a varied fleet of vans, HGVs, buses and specialist vehicles, delivering a professional service to both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include: Installing and commissioning vehicle CCTV, dashcams, cameras, DVR/MDVR systems and telematics devices. Carrying out planned maintenance, reactive service work and technical fault diagnosis. Troubleshooting vehicle electrical, connectivity, recording and system-related issues. Working independently in the field with minimal supervision. Using remote diagnostics and software platforms to investigate and resolve faults.
