Manpower is currently recruiting Build Technicians to join the team at Aston Martin''s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in St Athan. As a Vehicle Build Technician, you will play a key role in the creation of some of the most desirable luxury performance vehicles in the world. Beautifully engineered vehicles are the result of meticulous design, dedicated craftsmanship, rigorous testing and exceptional attention to detail. This role offers the opportunity to support the vehicle throughout various stages of the build process, making every day different and rewarding. Working as part of a highly skilled production team, you will follow detailed on-screen work instructions to assemble vehicle components to exacting quality standards. Responsibilities will include preparing and cleaning vehicle chassis, picking and organising parts for production workstations, carrying out assembly operations using hand tools, ensuring tasks are completed within cycle times, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout your work area. We are looking for candidates who have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and experience working in a production, assembly, engineering or similar environment.
