Vehicle and Plant Engineer

Location: Perth
Salary: -20.00ph (-25.00ph Weekends) + Company Van + Pension + 29 Days Holiday

Our client, a well-established business within the agricultural sector, is looking for a Plant Engineer to join their engineering team in Perth. You''ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a fleet of vehicles, plant machinery, and equipment to keep operations running efficiently.

• Service, maintain and repair plant machinery and vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Complete maintenance records and job documentation.
• Ensure all work meets health & safety standards.
• Support workshop and fleet reliability.

• Experience as a Plant Engineer, HGV Technician, Agricultural Engineer, Vehicle Technician, or similar.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

• -20.00 per hour basic rate.
• -25.00 per hour weekend rate.
• 45-hour week (Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm).
• Company van provided.
