This position balances office-based fleet administration with hands-on vehicle compliance management, ensuring our commercial delivery fleet operates efficiently and safely. Core Responsibilities * Fleet Compliance: Conduct routine physical inspections on fleet vans, log mileage, and document structural or mechanical damage. * Data Management: Maintain fleet logs and ensure high data accuracy within Google Sheets and internal company databases. * Supplier Coordination: Manage external garage bookings, schedule preventative maintenance, and track vehicles undergoing off-site repairs. * Logistics & Movement: Reposition fleet vehicles (up to 4.2 tonnes) between local depots and maintenance facilities.
