At Wessex Community Action, we''re looking for a passionate and proactive VCSE Development Lead to work alongside voluntary organisations, charities and grassroots groups across Wiltshire, helping them develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to flourish. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting others to succeed and making a tangible difference in communities. What you''ll be doing As our VCSE Development Lead, you''ll be out in communities across Wiltshire, working directly with organisations at every stage of their journey. Whether it''s helping a new community group put the right foundations in place, supporting a charity to strengthen its governance, or helping an organisation become funding-ready, you''ll provide practical advice, tailored support and encouragement that enables local organisations to thrive. You''ll also develop and deliver training, facilitate networking opportunities and connect organisations with partners, funders and wider support networks.
