Job Title: VB6 Developer Rate: (Apply online only) per day Clearance Required: BPSS Duration: 6 months Location: Telford - 2 days on site per weekWe are seeking a motivated and adaptable developer to join the LDC (Local Data Capture) capability within the wider team set-up. This role is well suited to someone with a strong core development background who is keen to learn and work within a complex legacy estate, supporting the ongoing delivery and stability of critical services.You will be working on a large, business-critical system supporting the Self-Assessment regime, with LDC forming a key part of the data capture process used across the business. The role operates within a fast-paced environment, balancing change delivery with the stability of live services.The successful candidate will work closely with Delivery Leads, engineers, and service teams to develop and support LDC components, while building knowledge of the platform and its associated tooling.Key Responsibilities: Develop and support LDC components within the estate.Contribute to delivery of changes, ensuring quality and stability across releasesInvestigate and resolve defects and production issuesWork closely with Delivery Managers and service teams to align development with delivery and live service prioritiesAdhere to established processes, controls, and standards within a legacy environmentActively build knowledge of the LDC platform and associated technologies Technical Skills / Experience: Strong ..... full job details .....
