Van Technician

Duties of a-Van Technician:

• Conduct detailed inspections, maintenance, and repairs on vans across multiple brands
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and job cards
• Remove and refit parts efficiently across various vehicle models
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using problem-solving techniques
• Perform safety checks and mechanical inspections on new arrivals
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment as a-Van Technician
• Complete repairs within specified timeframes and quality standards
• Support team members to foster a productive and collaborative work environment

Requirements of a Van Technician:

• Proven experience as a Van Service Technician or in a similar role within the motor trade
• Strong mechanical and electrical fitting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving work environments
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Willingness to undertake MOT testing qualification if not already qualified
• Flexibility to work early or late shifts as required
