Senior Van / LCV Technician

Full time, Permanent

40 hours a week (Monday - Friday)

£40k - 45k

Venatu Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Van / LCV Technician for their site in West Yorkshire

We are looking for a confident and organised individual with previous LCV / Van mechanical experience to inspect and prepare vehicles for MOT and carry out vehicle diagnostics using range of diagnostic equipment.

• Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on LCVs and Vans

• Inspect and diagnose faults and completing mechanical and electrical repairs on LCVs and Vans

• Repair and replace broken or defective parts ensuring LCVs and Vans are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition

• Maintaining accurate service and repair records

• Attend breakdowns 

• Working in accordance with health and safety standards

• Provide backup and support in other areas of the business as required. 

• A minimum 2 years proven experience working on Vans / LCV vehicles  

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics

• A full current driving licence

• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to prioritise day to day tasks working to deadlines
