Van Sales Manager

We are seeking a talented Van Sales Manager to join our client''s busy dealership in Sittingbourne, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead and develop a dedicated team while driving the performance of the used vehicle department.

Duties of the Van Sales Manager:

• Manage a team of three Used Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
• Oversee the used vehicle forecourt and stock management
• Purchase used vehicles and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Drive used vehicle sales and meet finance targets
• Maximise profitability within the used department
• Focus on achieving a monthly target of 25 units sold
• Ensure the department operates smoothly and efficiently

Requirements of the Van Sales Manager:

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with at least three years'' experience
• Experience managing a sales team is essential
• Commercial vehicle experience is advantageous but not essential, product training will be provided
• Strong leadership and organisational skills as the-Van Sales Manager
• Ability to drive sales performance and utilise effective sales strategies
• Full UK driving licence
