New Van Sales Executive Caerphilly Fully Expensed Company Car Basic Salary between £27 to £30k (OTE UP TO £60K Plus) Not Capped As a New Vehicle Sales Person, you will be responsible driving the sales of new LCV vehicles in the territory and meeting sales volumes and targets. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to ensure they find the perfect vehicles to meet their requirements. The Specifics Initiate contact with potential customers, whether through walk-ins, phone inquiries, or online inquiries, and provide them with information about our new vehicle inventory. Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all new vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing options to effectively educate customers and address their queries. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every stage. Negotiate pricing, financing options, trade-in values, and other terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers. Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle purchases, financing, and trade-ins.
