Van Driver - Winter Gritting

Driver Hire Nottingham are recruiting for a reliable Van Driver to support one of our clients with gritting operations over the winter months. This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial driver looking for seasonal work, with full training provided on the gritting equipment and procedures. The Role As a Winter Gritting Driver, your responsibilities will include: Driving a company van safely and responsibly Carrying out gritting duties across designated areas Operating gritting equipment following full training Completing daily vehicle checks Completing all required paperwork and documentation Working safely and following all company procedures Ensuring routes and areas are treated effectively during periods of cold weather About You We are looking for someone who is: A full UK driving licence holder Experienced in commercial driving Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors and in winter weather conditions Able to work independently Happy to complete vehicle checks and paperwork Safety-conscious with a professional attitude What We Offer Full training provided Seasonal work over the winter months Competitive pay Support from the Driver Hire Nottingham team Opportunity to work with an established local client ..... full job details .....
