Van Driver

The-Recruitment-Crowd-is-currently-recruiting-on-behalf-of-our-well-known-and-industry-leading-client-based-in-the Tyneside area.-We-are-looking-for-several-dedicated-Van-Drivers to join the team.-

Hours: Across Monday to Sunday,- 08:00am - 08:30am starts-

Pay-Rate-: -12.71 per hour PAYE-

Location: Tyneside, NE11-

Job-Type: Temp to perm-

The-role:

• Safely-and-efficiently-operate-a-company-van-to-deliver to customers (residential and commercial)-
• 80+ stops per day-
• Manually-load-and-unload-vehicles-with-packages.
• Follow-established-delivery-routes-and-schedules.
• Ensure-all-parcels-are-handled-with-care-and-delivered-in-a-timely-manner.
• Provide-exceptional-customer-service-to-recipients-and-senders.
• Complete-all-required-paperwork-accurately-and-in-a-timely-manner.

Requirements:

• A-valid-UK-driver''s-license.
• have-1-years-experience with multi-drop delivery-
• Have-no-more-than-6-points-on-licence-(minor-offenses-only).
• Have-a-recent-DBS-check-or-be-willing-to-obtain-one.
• Strong-communication-and-customer-service-skills.
• Physical-ability-to-manually-load-and-unload-vehicles.
• Flexibility-to-work-5-6-shifts-per-week,-including-weekends.
• Excellent-time-management-and-organisational-skills.
