Professional Van Driver Romford Top Jobs Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Van Driver to join a dynamic operations team in Romford. As the face of the business, you will be responsible for collections at customer s houses, therefore you will be the face of the company delivering excellent customer service. Heavy Lifting is involved in this role. SALARY AND BENEFITS Rate: £17.44ph Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours Temporary Role could go permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am starts Contract: Temporary (40 hours per week) CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Vehicle Oversight: Ensuring all goods are safely loaded, secured, and distributed. Manual Handling: Executing the loading and unloading of the vehicle (requires heavy lifting). Operational Admin: Completion of all essential collection and delivery paperwork. Customer Relations: Representing the brand professionally at every customer touchpoint. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Experience: Previous commercial van driving experience is essential. Physicality: High level of physical fitness to manage heavy objects and manual tasks. Compliance: Valid driver''s license for a minimum of 1 year with no more than 3 penalty points. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
