Three minutes from Greenford Tube Station on the Central Line.The RoleDelivering online grocery orders direct to customersThis includes responsibility for the accurate management of paperwork and any items returned by customers.Providing excellent customer service.Other responsibilities include.Completing accurate vehicle safety checksManaging customer questions and any complaints in a professional mannerManual handling will be involved, including the handling and transportation of alcoholic drinks and pork meat productsRequirementsTo be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements.Must have held a UK Drivers License for a minimum of 12 monthsThe license must enable you to drive a manual vehicle.You must have no more than 6 penalty points on your licence and no major endorsementsYou must be a good communicator and understand what great customer service ..... full job details .....
