Quattro Resourcing have current vacancies for Delivery Drivers for full-time vacancies based in Papworth Everard, Cambridgeshire. Position: Delivery Driver Location: Papworth Everard, Cambridgeshire Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Working 5 out of 6 days, Sunday off) Working Hours: 04:00 to finish Weekends: Yes We''re interested in experienced multi-drop delivery drivers who have previous experience in the field. If you hold a valid HGV licence (HGV 2) with an in-date tacho and CPC card, this will reflect in your hourly rate as per below; Van Drivers 13.00ph HGV 2 Drivers 16.00ph Should you hold a HGV licence, you will still be required to drive the small vehicles although you will continue to be paid at the the rates in-line with the category of licence you hold. Duties: Safely operate delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Transport goods and materials from one location to another. Load and unload stock using appropriate equipment. Plan routes and follow delivery schedules. Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately and timely. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Qualifications: Valid Cat B, C1 or C license with no more than 6 points or previous serious endorsements. Proven experience as a multi drop delivery driver. Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
