-Van Driver Required

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Van Driver to join one of our well respected clients in Burgess Hill

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of delivery and warehouse tasks, including:

• Delivering customer orders safely, efficiently, and professionally along designated routes.

• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks to ensure the van is roadworthy and compliant.

• Making sure all deliveries arrive at the correct address, on schedule, and in excellent condition.

• Completing all relevant paperwork for deliveries and collections, ensuring delivery notes are properly signed.

• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required, including forklift operation (full training provided).

• Completing necessary training to meet FORS compliance standards.

Person Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

• Be aged 25 or over (insurance requirements).

• Have previous experience driving vans or light goods vehicles.

• Be physically capable of lifting and moving materials, with good knowledge of safe loading and manual handling techniques.

• Work well within a team and maintain positive working relationships.

• Be willing to undertake health and safety training (provided).

Working Hours & Environment

• Monday - friday 8 hours per day

• Flexibility is essential, as additional hours may be required to meet delivery demands.

• Occasional Saturday work may be necessary.

• -13.69 per hour - weekly pay
