Key responsibilities include: Driving a company van between various locations. Hanging and maintaining floral baskets and displays. Organising and maintaining greenhouses. Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance. Watering, pruning, and caring for plants and flowers. Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and presentable. Supporting the wider team with seasonal horticultural projects. Requirements Full UK Driving Licence. Previous van driving experience preferred. An interest in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance is advantageous. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
