We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Van Driver to join our team in Accrington on a 3-month fixed term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for a temporary role with a well-established organisation.

The Role

As a Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving a company van safely and responsibly.
• Completing local and regional deliveries.
• Loading and unloading goods safely.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
• Following all company procedures and health and safety requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• Has previous van driving or delivery experience.
• Has a good knowledge of local and surrounding roads.
• Is reliable, punctual and professional.
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Is physically fit and comfortable with loading and unloading goods.
• Can work independently while maintaining high standards.
• Has a strong commitment to safe driving.
