We are seeking a reliable and skilled Van Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for travelling to building sites and refreshing portable toilet facilities. Maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and a good understanding of the rules of the road. Monday to Friday - temp to perm for the right candidate. 50 hours per week. Will include weekends during busy periods. Own transport required due to location. Duties Safely operate a van to deliver goods to various locations. Load and unload items from the van, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues as necessary. Communicate effectively with staff and customers regarding schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Requirements Valid driving licence (class B) with a clean driving record. Happy to clean toilet facilities Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle . Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
