Van Delivery Driver

Support Delivery Driver - 3.5 ton - Temp to Perm - Eccles, Manchester. This is a 13 week temp to perm opportunity to join this well established independent furniture retail business based in Eccles, Manchester as a full time Delivery Mate / Backup Delivery Driver. This is a hands-on role, and we are specifically looking for someone who already has experience handling and delivering furniture, mainly sofas and beds to customers homes. Role overview:Furniture deliveries (sofas, beds, large items) to customer''s homes including assemblies and removals (all training provided)Working as part of a delivery crewWarehouse support: loading/unloading, stock movementOccasional in-store support moving furnitureCustomer-facing, so professionalism is essentialKey requirements:Proven experience handling furniture deliveriesPhysically fit and comfortable with heavy liftingFull UK driving licence essential. Over 25 for insurance purposes and max 6 points.
