This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a multi-discipline, dynamic work environment with potential to travel offshore.Day-to-day of the role: Conduct full assessments and reports on valves, dismantle and troubleshoot issues to find root causes and solutions. Perform Hydrostatic and Gas pressure testing of valves according to client specifications and internal procedures. Identify and list spare requirements during strip and inspection processes. Overhaul and test a wide range of valves and actuators, including ball valves, butterfly valves, and control panels. Operate overhead gantry, jib cranes, and forklifts safely on a daily basis. Build control panels and perform pipe work including leak testing. Calibrate control valve positioners and generate test certifications for review and authorisation.
