As Value Stream Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing cross-functional projects and production planning
• Capacity planning within budgeted cost and staffing levels
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of components
• Driving manufacturing efficiencies and continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards
• Reporting weekly KPIs to senior management

As Value Stream Manager, your experience will include:

• 3+ years in a management/supervisory role within engineering or manufacturing
• Proven success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills
• High proficiency in MS Word and Excel
