Leading a multi functional manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the end to end performance of your value stream, ensuring the safe, efficient and effective delivery of products whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement: Lead the day to day performance of a manufacturing value stream, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives. Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency and quality through Lean manufacturing.
