The Role As Value Assurance Lead, you''ll be responsible for overseeing testing, validation, deployment assurance and post-implementation monitoring across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. Working closely with Change Leads, Process Improvement Leads and Deployment Managers, you''ll ensure changes are thoroughly assessed before rollout and that operational performance, adoption, risk and business outcomes are continually measured and evaluated.
