You''ll be leading on complex valuation assignments across the full spectrum - share schemes, securities work, transaction valuations, probate, reorganisations, and distressed scenarios.Beyond the technical delivery, you''ll be developing client relationships, winning work, and playing a key part in building out the valuations team. There''s scope here to genuinely shape the service line as they grow.What They Need10+ years in tax with deep valuations expertise. You''ve been around the block - practice background, industry experience, or a combination. Either way, you know what good looks like.You''re technically strong across different valuation approaches and share structures. Employment securities, tax-advantaged schemes, CGT implications - this is bread and butter for you. More importantly, you can translate complex technical work into advice that clients actually understand and value.CTA or ACA qualification helps but isn''t essential if your track record speaks for itself.
