They provide specialist property advice to the primary care sector, offering a range of services including rent reviews, market valuations, property transactions and lease advisory to their clients. Your new role The role is ideal for an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor / Senior Surveyor, who is used to taking control of key projects and operating independently. Your new company is after a self-starter who is used to taking ownership of their own caseload. A confident communicator, who will be equally comfortable speaking with clients as you are negotiating valuations with third parties.
