The Role

As Chartered Valuation Surveyor, you''ll deliver a varied portfolio of RICS Red Book-compliant valuations across Devon, with additional work throughout Cornwall and occasionally Somerset and Dorset.

You''ll undertake valuations involving:

• Commercial property
• Residential assets
• Development land

Including:

• Loan security
• Pension fund
• Private client
• Statutory valuations

This is a varied role offering autonomy, client exposure and the backing of an established regional consultancy.

About You

We''re looking for a Chartered Valuation Surveyor who has:

• MRICS or FRICS status
• RICS Registered Valuer accreditation
• 3+ years'' post-qualified valuation experience
• Strong Red Book reporting experience
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
