Valuation Surveyor Associate

Hays Property and Surveying is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join the Southampton office of a leading UK property consultancy.The company are a well-known property consultancy who are recognised for delivering expert advice, with a strong regional presence and national reach. They provide client-focused solutions across the property sector, with a focus on key disciplines such as, valuation, landlord and tenant, property asset management, development and investment and commercial agency. Their Southampton office is a key part of the business - being an anchor point for the company''s regional presence across the South Coast. Included in this is their Valuation Advisory team, who are known for their expertise and providing advice to a wide range of clients. The team are now looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Associate-level Surveyor, who will join and contribute to their ongoing success.The role will be based in their central Southampton office, with a hybrid working policy available.Your new roleAs an Associate within the Valuation Advisory team, you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of property valuation work across multiple asset classes, whilst supporting senior leadership and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
