The Valuation Manager will oversee financial analysis, industry, and market research to support valuation projects. This role is crucial in delivering work of exceptional quality and insight, liaising directly with internal and client management teams. Lead and supervise the financial analysis and valuation modelling processesOversee research on target industries, market, and competitor informationConduct and manage client interviews to gather data and information pertinent to the engagementDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with managementReview and present analyses and conclusions within comprehensive written reportsMentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high standards of work qualityQualifications
Extensive work experience in valuations or a related fieldQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or CFADegree in Economics, Maths, Finance, or Business. A postgraduate degree is a plusExtensive knowledge of valuation methods such as Discounted Cash Flow, Guideline Company, Guideline Transaction, Black-Scholes, and Monte CarloStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essentialJob details
