This is an important leadership role at The National Archives. You will be a senior archivist, able to operate at the centre of the institution’s work. Leading a group of expert professionals, you will ensure the archive has intellectual control of its holdings.You also have a once in a generation opportunity to transform the management of the archive’s catalogue, by delivering a linked data pan archival catalogue service.Comfortable with the complexities of The National Archive’s catalogue, you will be able to manage sensitive issues and provide expert advice.
