UX/UI - Housing Repairs Transformation Rate: 600 per day, UmbrellaLocation: London / Hybrid - 2/3 days on-siteContract: Initial 3-month contract Overview of the UX/UI Designer role Sellick Partnership is currently supporting a public sector organisation in London with the recruitment of an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a major Housing Repairs Transformation programme on an interim basis.The organisation is undertaking a significant transformation of its Housing Repairs service, redesigning resident-facing digital experiences to create simpler, faster and more accessible services. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how residents report repairs, book appointments, track progress and engage with services through modern digital channels.Working as part of a multidisciplinary transformation team, you will work closely with Service Designers, Business Analysts, Product Specialists, Developers and Housing Subject Matter Experts to translate complex user and business needs to intuitive, accessible and visually engaging digital solutions.
