The Opportunity You''ll play a key role in improving and evolving web experiences, creating intuitive journeys and visually engaging digital designs that not only look great but also drive performance. Working closely with ecommerce and wider business teams, you''ll support projects focused on usability, customer engagement and conversion improvements. Key responsibilities include: Designing user journeys and web experiences across landing pages, navigation and digital features Creating wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity designs using Figma Improving website performance through UX best practice and customer insight Using user behaviour and analytics data to identify opportunities and pain points Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to bring ideas to life Supporting the development and evolution of design systems and reusable components Ensuring designs are accessible, responsive and aligned with best practice principles What we''re looking for: 3-4+ years experience within UX/UI, ..... full job details .....
