UX/UI Designer

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, user-focused digital experiences? We''re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing Digital team, helping to shape and enhance digital products that support business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with Product Managers, Developers and key stakeholders across the business, you''ll use research, insight and design thinking to create seamless digital journeys, transform complex processes into intuitive solutions, and champion user-centred design across our digital estate. Please note: This is a fixed term contract opportunity of up to 12 months. What will you be doing as a UX/UI Designer? Designing engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web-based platforms and products. Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools. Conducting and contributing to user research, usability testing and validation activities to inform design decisions. Translating complex business requirements and legacy processes into simple, intuitive digital solutions. Supporting and evolving design systems, component libraries and UI standards to ensure consistency across multiple brands and platforms. Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
