Work to agile best practices and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, using technical skills to solve client problems and contribute to internal projects.Participate in in-person whiteboarding sessions and asynchronous collaboration via Teams.Hybrid working with client sites or office, generally two days per week, with variation by role or assignment (up to five days on client site).Contribute to internal design initiatives and client proposals under senior guidance.Foundational knowledge of UX/UI principles and methodologies; experience with design tools for prototypes and design systems; usability testing and user research to inform design decisions.Qualifications

Essential requirementsProblem-solving orientation and strong analytical thinking.Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer with a passion for user-centered design.Ability to design for AI-powered experiences and use AI to enhance the creative process (generative design, AI prototyping, prompt-based exploration).Comfortable working across PA industries including Consumer and Manufacturing, Public Sector, Defence and Security, Energy and Utilities, Financial Services and Transport.Strong storytelling and presentation skills; ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed; detail-oriented and eager to learn.Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and peers; interest in contributing to internal digital design initiatives and staying updated with industry trends.Assessment process
