This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who is passionate about user-centred design and wants to work on meaningful digital products in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Overview of the Role As a UX/UI Designer within the IP Development team, you will design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences across a range of platforms. You will translate user and business needs into effective design solutions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all products. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you will help shape user journeys, refine requirements, and ensure that design solutions are both user-centred and technically feasible. You will apply and extend established design systems to maintain consistency, whilst also elevating the visual quality of the platforms. You will work with early-stage concepts and prototypes generated through modern tooling such as Lovable and Figma Make, refining and evolving these into high-quality, production-ready designs.
