UX Researcher, Global Last Mile Standards

Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to deliver high quality standard work audits and risk assessment activities within the Global Last Mile Supply Chain. This role supports standard work compliance across North America (NA), Europe (EU), Japan (JP) and Rest of World (ROW) as well as other operational nodes, within the Global Standards and Customer Excellence (GSCE).Responsibilities
Be part of the Worldwide Audit team focused on audit user behavior and how to create the most effective audits.Apply specialized knowledge in conducting research studies using a range of methodologies and practical experience with a breadth of research methods and tools to solve or inform business problems.Optimize all phases of research: defining research objectives, identifying target users, protocol development, data collection, analysis, and synthesis.Understand a broad range of analytic techniques and know when to use them, synthesizing difficult or medium-to-large data sets into actionable insights.Provide insights into market opportunities and work backward from the customer to understand audit platform features, detailed functional requirements, and end user needs.Articulate customer pain points, make recommendations to resolve them, and champion customer insights that impact products.Create and deliver research reports, user quotes, and/or videos with consistent high quality.Basic Qualifications
5+ years proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impactBachelor''s degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related fieldA strong research portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverablesExperience conducting both strategic and tactical research studiesProven track record of influencing product decisions through research insightsPreferred Qualifications
MS in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive PsychologyExperience with AI/ML and LLM-based technologies researchStrong quantitative data analysis and statistical skillsExceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levelsExperience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExperience conducting global research studiesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
