You''ll work across UX, product, commercial, and engineering teams to shape customer-facing experiences, launch experiments, and deliver measurable growth. What You''ll Do Drive customer-facing loyalty and growth initiatives across the customer funnel. Partner with UX, Design, Content, Engineering, and Commercial teams. Translate customer needs into clear product hypotheses and priorities. Lead A/B testing and define success, supporting, and guardrail metrics. Manage stakeholders and delivery across a complex, large-scale organisation. Make informed trade-offs to deliver against tight timelines. What You Bring Strong UX/customer empathy and product taste. Proven stakeholder management experience in large organisations. Strong delivery, prioritisation, and planning skills. A data-driven experimentation and A/B testing mindset.
