You''ll work closely with users, stakeholders and delivery teams to understand needs, simplify processes and turn insight into practical design solutions. Responsibilities: Plan and run user research, workshops and interviews to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points. Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve, simplify and streamline the experience. Create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes to communicate and test design ideas.
