      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;400 - &amp;pound;450/day Outside IR35 | Type: Contract | Job title: UX Designer    Role Type: Contract    Length: 5 months    Location: Birmingham (2 days per week)    Summary   Our client is looking for a UX Designer to help shape clear, accessible and user-friendly digital experiences across complex pensions and benefits journeys. You''ll work closely with users, stakeholders and delivery teams to understand needs, simplify processes and turn insight into practical design solutions.   Responsibilities:    Plan and run user research, workshops and interviews to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points.  Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve, simplify and streamline the experience.  Create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes to communicate and test design ideas.  Support future-state process design alongside Business Analysts, ensuring solutions are usable, practical and aligned to business goals.  Collaborate with Architects, Developers and delivery teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented effectively.  Use research, stakeholder feedback and usability insight to iterate and refine designs.
