UX Designer

Working with a global financial services organisation who are looking for a UX Designer to lead the end-to-end redesign of product platformsThe UX Designer will play a critical role in understanding user needs, conducting research, facilitating discovery workshops, and designing intuitive, user-centred experiences that enhance usability, customer satisfaction, and product adoption across both platforms.This role requires close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Business Operations, and clients to define and deliver innovative user experiences driven by customer insights and best-practice design principles.Details Location - London Hybrid - 3 days/week in office Duration - Initially 6 months Rate - £500-£600/day Inside IR35 via UmbrellaKey ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods to gather actionable insights.Proven experience using Figma for wire framing, prototyping, UI design, and design system management.Strong experience designing and contributing to the development of websites and web applicationsFacilitate customer interviews, workshops, and contextual enquiries to identify user needs and pain points.Create user journeys, process maps, and user flows to define optimal experiences.Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.Plan and conduct ..... full job details .....
