The Role Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 Location: Fleet, Hampshire Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week on site We''re looking for a talented and commercially-minded UX and Graphic Designer to help shape the experience of millions of job seekers while supporting our wider marketing and brand activity. This is a hybrid role, combining UX design with creative graphic design. Around 60% of your time will be focused on improving onsite and app-based user experiences through UX enhancements, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and new feature design. The remaining 40% will support the design and delivery of marketing campaigns, digital assets and offline creative materials. You''ll play a key role in improving how candidates discover jobs, register, apply and engage with our service across web and mobile experiences, while also helping bring our brand to life through impactful creative work.
